Do you provide written reports after an inspection?
Yes. All our services include detailed technical reports and documentation. CCTV inspections include video footage and condition ratings. Utility detection includes marked-up site plans and utility maps. Surveys include digital deliverables in relevant formats.
Do you work outside of Gauteng?
Absolutely. While we are headquartered in Primrose, Germiston, we provide services across all nine provinces of South Africa. Travel costs may apply for distant sites — please discuss this when requesting a quote.
What information do I need to provide for a quote?
For an accurate quote, it helps to know the project location, site size or pipeline length, service type required, and timeline. The more detail you can share, the faster and more accurate our quote will be. We are happy to assist even with early-stage planning.
Can GPR detect all types of underground utilities?
GPR is highly effective for locating most underground utilities, but detection accuracy depends on soil conditions, pipe materials, and burial depth. We use a combination of GPR and electromagnetic cable locating to maximise detection accuracy and coverage.
Are you a BBBEE-certified company?
Yes. Dlangamandla Utilities Pty Ltd is a Level BBBEE contributor and proudly black-owned South African company. We can provide BBBEE documentation upon request for tender and procurement purposes.
